First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August, 20xx, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends hel* * rewell Party for me. 那么，什么是师爱？有人把师爱比作母爱，对此我不完全赞同。的确，师爱与母爱有很多相同之处，但师爱比母爱更加博大无私。母爱是无私的，母亲可以为子女付出一切而不图任何回报。但母爱往往只限于自己的儿女，这是无私中的自私。师爱则不同，她高于母爱、大于友爱、胜于情爱。不是吗？母爱容易出现溺爱，友爱需要回报，情爱是专一、自私的爱。而师爱是严与爱的结合，是理智的科学的爱，教师一生可以为无数的生命指航，这是最彻底的无私，它包涵了崇高的使命感和责任感。“师爱是清凉的甘泉，浇灌出智慧的花朵；师爱是明媚的阳光，哺育着生命之树；师爱是燃烧的火炬，指引着混沌未开的生命步入文明的圣殿！”

就在前些天，欧运熙同学不慎被玻璃割伤了手腕，身为班主任的陈凯老师知道后，立即将他送去医院，并陪着做完手术，一直到凌晨4点多钟。象这样的教师，在全国各地，又何止千万！是的，他们甘为人梯，吃也清淡，穿也素雅，面对大千世界，他们怀着一颗平常心，淡泊名利，像春蚕，像蜡烛，在平凡的工作岗位上，用青春和生命谱写无怨无悔的人生。虽然平凡，他们的脊梁却支撑着祖国的未来；虽然清贫，他们的双手却托举着明天的太阳。
如果说，上面所列举的这些人和事，是那样的平凡和微不足道，那么，全国各地那些为教育事业献出宝贵生命的老师们，就更值得我们敬佩了，他们用热血和生命书写着大写的师爱，是教师的光辉典范。在这里，我信手拈来几则报刊上报道的新闻。当飞驰而来的小轿车威胁着学生的生命时，殷雪梅老师挺身而出，用血肉之躯将学生扑到路边，从轮胎下救下了七位小朋友的生命，她却再也没有醒来；当重庆市开县发生“井喷”时，第一个发现毒气的谭世明老师为了通知附近的学生转移，自己和七个家人都被毒气夺去了生命；当克拉玛依市友谊馆的大火逼向上千名学生时，老师们奋不顾身地与火魔搏斗！绝大多数孩子脱险了，而36名教师的铮铮铁骨却与烈火熔为一体；20xx年5月12日四川汶川发生特大地震，德阳市东汽中学教学楼坍塌。
在地震发生的一瞬间，该校教导主任谭千秋双臂张开趴在课桌上，身下死死地护着4个学生。4个学生都获救了，谭老师却不幸遇难。网友木子发表了一首诗，其中一段这样写道：“你离去的姿势好美 / 美的让人流泪 / 你像雄鹰张开翅膀 / 守护住 / 未来的希望” 。这些可敬的老师们，用自己的生命谱写着一曲曲师爱的赞歌！
故事太多，师爱太浓，短短的几分钟时间，我歌不完、颂不尽，因为——师爱如歌！
最后，我用赵朴初先生的词的下阕来结束我的演讲：
“幼苗茁壮园丁喜。几人知，平时辛苦，晚眠早起。燥湿寒温荣与悴，都在心头眼底。费尽了，千方百计！他日良材承大厦，赖今朝，血汗番番滴。光和热，无穷际。”
